COFFEE BREWING

  
Excellent coffee is not just good coffee, but also the right proportions of ingredients, thickness grind, water and fresh coffee. Having knowledge about coffee, you can brew a great cup of coffee using many different methods - French Press, coffee maker or espresso machine overflow pressure.

To brew a cup of really good cup of coffee, please note the following conditions:

Proportions of ingredients - use of appropriate proportions of water and coffee is the foundation for that to brew a great cup of coffee. Water - brewed coffee is 98% composed of water. Therefore, water used for brewing coffee should always be fresh and clean. Ideally, when water is heated to a temperature of 90 - 96 °C. Water at this temperature is able to extract the coffee tastes great.


Coffee Freshness - coffee is a fresh product, and its biggest enemies are oxygen, light, heat and humidity. To the coffee was always fresh and full of flavor, you need to store it in an opaque, airtight container at room temperature for no longer than 7 days. To get the best taste, coffee should be ground just before brewing.
